I have been to Bryant's many times. While the original location is my favorite. I find this to have some the best bbq in the city. Lately I have notices the quality to be hit or miss. Some of my brisket was shredded and fatty. But this isn't the norm. Still a big fan. If you are new to KC or just visiting please visit the original location.
